The Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides user support and training, classroom technology and media services, application development, systems administration, consultation, Web technology and I.T. project management for the Tufts University School of Medicine, including the Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences, and the Public Health and Professional Degree Programs. Information technology at the Medical School includes key resources and services that are an indispensable part of administration, teaching, research, and campus life. A key role of OIT is to collaborate with other departments that provide administrative and academic IT services, including the Hirsh Health Sciences Library, Technology for Learning – Health Sciences(TL-HS), University Information Technology (UIT) and affiliated hospitals.
