A young, creative and start-up international planning and landscape architecture firm located in Downtown San Francisco is looking for an energetic and self-motivated office manager/administrative assistant. This position requires an independent, proactive person with outstanding organizational, written and oral communication skills.
2. Assisting staff in maintaining individual schedules as well as overall office calendars. Schedules meetings appropriately for staff.
3. Preparation for meetings, including reserving conference rooms and coordinating agendas. Arrange conference calls.
7. Receiving and distributing mail and coordinates courier services. Opens mail for manager, as assigned.
12. Providing general clerical support including word processing, copying, compiling and distribution.
