WCI Communities has selected Kay Green Design to create the interior design for the Palacio, the newest single-family estate model home at Tiburón in Naples. The Winter Park design firm has earned numerous awards for its recent projects at WCI’s Manchester Square community, also in Naples.

The Gulf Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors has named its new officers:

President Lynn Bower; President Elect Jeannette Batten; Vice President, Membership Christine Citrano; Vice President, Affiliates Sue Ann Zornes; Treasurer Sally Masters and Secretary Karen Kohler.

The Lee Building Industry Association (Lee BIA) is accepting reservations for the 2012 BIA Industry Awards Celebration Dinner on Saturday, Oct. 20 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa. Cocktail hour and a cash bar will be available at 6:30 p.m., and the celebration dinner and awards program will begin at 7:30 p.m. Cost is $90 per person and $85 per person for tables of six or more. The West Florida Division of Taylor Morrison broke ground on Phase III of Sandoval, the final 100 acres of the 524-acre gated community in Cape Coral. Phase III will feature four ollections of homes including twin villas, detached villas, single-family and estate homes. Decorated models will be available for viewing early 2013

Stock Construction has joined Lennar Homes at Treviso Bay luxury golf course community. Darin McMurray, president of Lennar Homes Southwest Florida, said Stock Construction will build an initial 26 luxury homes in the first phase at Treviso Bay priced from the $600s. Stock will start construction of two model homes — the Muirfield III and the Ponte Vedra Grande — that will open next year.

Santa Luz, a coach home community within a gated enclave of Gateway Golf & Country Club, is offering no payments until March 2013 to home buyers with homes under contract by Nov. 30, 2012. Several new construction homes with golf course and water views will be completed and ready for occupancy within the next couple of weeks. Prices begin at $169,900. An open house is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 27 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday, Oct. 28 from noon to 5 p.m.

LandQwest Commercial reported the following transactions:

Town & River Realty leased 720 square feet of office space at Royal Palm Square, 1400 Colonial Blvd. in Fort Myers., Florida. Adam Palmer negotiated this transaction for the landlord.

Michelle Hoffmann represented the landlord in the lease of 988 square feet of office space to Conalvias USA LLC at 2734 Oak Ridge Court in Fort Myers.

Lee & Associates completed the following transactions:

Nunez Properties LLC purchased a 5,000-square-foot freestanding office/showroom at 6181 Metro Plantation Road, Fort Myers from CRE Properties Inc. for $230,000. Bob Johnston, Jerry Messonnier and Derek Bornhorst represented the buyer, and Juan Munoz of KWPM Real Estate Services represented the seller.

Less R Us Furnishing LLC leased a 6,440-square-foot office/showroom/warehouse at 1971 Dana Drive, Fort Myers from Coin Enterprise Inc. Chuck Smith and Carlos Acosta negotiated the transaction.

Plaza Mexico Restaurant Inc. leased a 4,960-square-foot retail space at 2390 U.S. 41, Port Charlotte from PC Realty LLC. Acosta and Smith negotiated the transaction.

Christina Sheridan leased a 1,605-square-foot retail space in Central Cape Business Park at 1490 NE Pine Island Road, Suite 6-D, Cape Coral from JPMCC 2006-LDP6 Central Cape Office LLC. Joshlyn Steele, Acosta and Smith represented the tenant.

Wells Fargo Advisors has moved its Fort Myers headquarters to 10,554 square feet in the Six Mile Corporate Park, 12140 Carissa Commerce Court, Suite 100. Randal L. Mercer negotiated and managed the transaction.

Investment Properties Corp. announced:

Bradley D. Bryant, Attorney At Law, P.L. leased 2,000square feet of office space from Naples RB Holdings LLC at 4851 U.S. 41 N., Suite 300, Naples. Patrick Fraley negotiated this transaction.

Rodney B. Hansen purchased 5,760 square feet of industrial space from Doris J. Ashley at 3784 Exchange Ave., Naples, for $750,000. William V. Gonnering negotiated this transaction.

Premier Commercial Inc. announced the following transactions:

FTC Naples LLC sold an eight-story, 161,000-square-foot Class A office building at 999 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Naples to an undisclosed buyer for $49,923,000. The buyer was represented by Andrew DeSalvo, Dougall McCorkle and Matt Stepan. The seller was represented by Craig Timmins and Clint Sherwood of Investment Properties Corp.

Branch Banking & Trust Company sold 22,500 square feet of office condo space at 1491 Venice Ave., Venice to Twin Tower Trading Realty LLC for $1,100,000. DeSalvo and Stepan represented the seller, and Mike Migon of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Group represented the buyer.

Compass Management Group leased 11,300 square feet of office space at the Regions Bank Building at 4851 U.S. 41 N., Naples. McCorkle represented the tenant, and Ray DeAngelis represented the landlord.

Coconut Office Center LLC purchased an 11,000 -square-foot office building at 23421 Walden Center Drive, Bonita Springs from Treasure Cove Development Corp. for $800,000. DeSalvoand Stepan represented the buyer.
